Data Management Director for the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) federal contract repository application known as FPDS-NG (Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation). Proficiency in government-wide procurement business rules with a focus on DOD (Department of Defense) specifics was required. Responsibilities encompassed overseeing the full lifecycle of a developmental resolution to repair static or dynamic data elements in the Oracle enterprise database as well as all aspects of the related project management. Exceptional data analysis skills were required to research possible causes of the errors and to architect a viable solution. Additional responsibilities included performing liaison duties between the government representatives and the company as well as gathering any additional requirements that were necessary to perform the project. | |

Project Manager
for the Systems and Information Technology Support (SITS) contract valued
at over $1.5 Million held by G-CFS Office of Financial Systems for the
Coast Guard. During my first year
on the project I negotiated the addition of three consultants raising
the contract value to $2.4 Million. Orchestrated
the writing of the RFP to successfully bid and win the follow up contract
worth over $5 million. In addition
to my role as Project Manager I also served as the government’s representative
for application testing and implementation of the “Financial and Procurement
Desktop“(FPD) and the “Contract Information Management System” (CIMS)
applications. Soon afterwards I
obtained the position of Procurement Migration Lead for the CIMS (Contract
Information Management System) procurement migration effort. Additional accomplishments include implementing
an automated Uptime/Downtime and Performance based statistic-gathering
program for handling the project’s report deliverable concerning the system
and database performance and the coordination and building of an FQT (Final
Quality Test) environment located at the Coast Guard’s |
